It's never too late, or too early to get involved in this great effort-- We're already busy planning next year's event and need a few dedicated volunteers who have a talent for planning and coordinating this type of event. Our 3rd annual Creek Clean-up in 2008 was a huge success thanks to all our wonderful volunteers who showed up and got their hands (and more) dirty to clear out our creeks.

Please check out our 2008 Clean-up page and our Art page to see what our volunteers accomplished and what some of our talented local artists were able to come up with from some of the found objects-- one person's junk is another person's inspiration for creative expression.

After a hard fought battle against the trash and debris volunteers retired to the Redding Aquatic Center to enjoy generous food, great company and a cool dip in the pool.
